At Her Signature Services, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products, business consulting services, and educational resources designed to support entrepreneurs and business owners. Due to the nature of our products and services, the following refund policy applies to all purchases made through our website and platforms.
Digital Products
All digital products, including but not limited to ebooks, templates, guides, downloads, digital resources, toolkits, and automated materials, are non-refundable.
Because digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be returned, all sales are final once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded.
By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued.
Online Courses & Educational Programs
All course purchases, masterclasses, workshops, training programs, and educational content are non-refundable.
Once access to a course or program has been granted, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued regardless of completion status, participation level, or usage.
If a payment plan is offered, the purchaser remains responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Subscription Services
Subscription-based services may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle.
Upon cancellation:
- You will not be charged for the following billing period.
- No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for the current billing cycle.
- You will retain access to the subscription services and content through the remainder of the paid billing period.
Failure to use the subscription during the active billing period does not qualify for a refund.
One-on-One Consulting Appointments & Strategy Sessions
Due to the time, preparation, scheduling, and administrative resources reserved for one-on-one appointments, strategy sessions, and consulting calls, the following policy applies:
- Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-show") are not eligible for a full refund.
- Appointments may be rescheduled if notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to forfeiture of the session fee or a rescheduling fee at the company's discretion.
- Missed appointments without communication may be considered forfeited and non-refundable.
Her Signature Services reserves the right to determine whether exceptions will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing products or services from Her Signature Services, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution.
Unauthorized chargebacks for valid purchases may result in:
- Revocation of access to digital products, subscriptions, or services.
- Denial of future purchases.
- Submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor regarding the transaction and acceptance of this policy.
